Grace Eleanor Holgate, 90, passed away on Sept. 26, 2026, after a long and courageous battle with Alzheimer’s. She passed peacefully and comfortably with her family by her side, leaving behind a lifetime of love, cherished memories and a family who will miss her dearly.
Grace was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother whose family was her entire world. She is survived by her husband of 69 years, Bill, her two sons, Will and Craig, her three grandchildren, Will, Jr., Craig, Jr. and Becky, and her five great grandchildren, Greyson, Miranda, Penelope, Hannah and Walker. She was preceded in death by her youngest son, Bryan, and her parents, Louis and Mary Glassier.
Grace had a special way of making everyone feel loved and welcomed. Whether through her delicious home-cooked meals and baking, her love of animals, life itself or simply the warmth of her presence, she made the ordinary moments in life feel special.
Her greatest joy was her family, and the love she poured into each of them will live on for generations. Though our hearts are heavy, we find comfort in the countless memories, traditions and love she leaves behind.
