A pesar del retroceso de los programas federales de diversidad, equidad e inclusión y de la preocupación por el aumento de las medidas de control de inmigración, familias latinas, estudiantes y otros voluntarios se presentaron para plantar árboles en el parque Veltus de Glenwood Springs el 13 de septiembre, dando inicio a la Semana de la Conservación Latina.
