Jimenez was one of 40 income-qualified residents to receive a new e-bike at a highly subsidized price through the program, which aims to reduce vehicle travel and pollution by making e-bikes more affordable.   Carbondale’s own Jackson Emmer won the 30th annual Troubadour Contest at Telluride Bluegrass this year. The songwriter competition invites artists not currently signed to a major recording or publishing deal to perform original songs. Congrats, Jackson!
