  Every year, Carbondale’s 7 Star Rebekah Lodge offers scholarships to students from Basalt and Carbondale to further their education at schools in Colorado. This year’s recipients are Emmalee Machart, Dianna Montoya and T.J. Metheny. Ruben Samuelson also received a continuing year scholarship.
