I believe in love, that it is pure and free, without force, subjugation or hesitation, a love that is built on commitment and respect.
I believe in benevolence, that sees the hunger of those in need and extends a hand to quench their thirst, ease their hardship, soothe their sorrow.
I believe in God, who gives me courage each day and lights my eyes each morning to witness His wonders.
I believe in myself; I believe I am someone who can achieve anything my heart sets out to do.
I believe we are everything and nothing all at once, like tiny fireflies in a meadow, shining with their own light, illuminating the path of those beside us.
I believe in all that has made me weep, the cruelty and the indifference of those closest to me, and this loneliness that I carry.
