  Exterior work is underway at Carbondale’s historic Dinkel Building, as evidenced by a ring of scaffolding around the block and many busy workers in bright green vests.   Aimee Yllanes has been named as the next executive director of the Andy Zanca Youth Empowerment program, working with youth from diverse backgrounds to build self-confidence and leadership skills through community broadcasting. Yllanes previously worked as communications and marketing manager for Colorado Rocky Mountain School.
