On New Year’s Day, Jan. 1, Antonio Ichazu’s 3DSelene food truck was reliably open for business near the old Glenwood Springs mall (23 Mel Ray Road). As the snow steadily fell, Ichazu, an immigrant from Venezuela, served up arepas, empanadas and more.
