Local soccer fans watched the USA vs. Paraguay FIFA World Cup game on the big screen at the Crystal Theatre on June 12. The energy was high in the mostly-full theater, from everyone standing for the National Anthem to standing ovations for each USA “gooooooooal.” The home team won with a final score of 4-1. The Crystal will continue showing several games over the course of the tournament, starting with Brazil vs. Haiti on Friday at 6:30pm.
