What’s the scoop? The Cocoa Club, located in Carbondale’s Red Rock Plaza, is expanding its offerings. Not only will they sell locally-made chocolate, coffee, cocoa and specialty drinks, owner Mark Burrows is welcoming the summer with 12 varieties of ice cream by Third Bowl, based in Hotchkiss! Beginning with scoops and toppings, The Cocoa Club will soon add milkshakes, sundaes and parfaits to the menu, and now stays open until 9pm nightly. Photo by Jane Bachrach
