As a writer and editor for The New York Times opinion section, Bari tackles the challenging cultural and political issues of the day, including anti-Semitism and the #MeToo movement. In 2018, she won the Bastiat Journalism Prize for what the judges called “her brilliant, incisive journalism that defends the cornerstone of individual liberty and civil society: freedom of speech.”
