SMART Recovery Meeting

The first SMART Recovery meeting in the Roaring Fork Valley will be on Wednesday- July 25th at the Glenwood Springs Library- 815 Coper Ave from 7:30 to 8:45 PM. SMART is an acronym for Self-Management and Recovery Training. SMART Recovery is an abstinence based- secular, scientifically based, self-help program for people having problems with drinking and using. It includes many ideas and techniques to help you change your life from one that is self-destructive and unhappy to one that is constructive and satisfying.
