Journey into meditation with kirtan, hosted by Eaden and Deva Shantay in the sacred Kiva at True Nature Healing Arts. Kirtan is the singing of ancient Yogic chants that contain healing and transformative energies. When we sing and vibrate these sacred sound syllables, we invoke and embody qualities of love, peace, abundance, grace and compassion. Journey through this meditative practice followed by a healing sound journey.
