Based on the work of Dr. David Hawkins, this class explores the true nature of Power, which gives and sustains life for all… and Force, which tends to generate and perpetuate oppressor/oppressed, win/lose situations.
Whether we are exploring the transformation of power dynamics at work, with our teenagers, with our partner, or more globally, this class can shed light on how to access and live more fully from our true power.
