Pies for the Holidays (perfect for beginners)

This is a prefect class to start the holiday season. It is a great class for beginners, and an inspiration for those who are already adept at baking. After this class you will learn to make a treat to take to every Holiday party, and ideas for a tasty homemade gifts. Join us for the hands-on class and learn the essential pie-making skills all beginning bakers should know. You will work through the steps for mixing, rolling, and baking pie crusts. Please bring your pie pan, a 4-quart measuring bowl, and a pastry blender (if you have one). If at first you don’t succeed – pie, pie again!
