spent most of her life shutting off her intuition and staying stuck in the belief that her biggest dreams were just that – only dreams. By learning to work with meditation, manifestation and moon phases she has been able to turn those dreams into reality. This workshop is an opportunity for her to share the tools that have allowed her to step into her power and help you do the same!

– Moon phase energies & how to work with them.
– Learn manifesting techniques including gratitude journaling, intention setting and actions moving forward.
– Practicing Basic Breath work & Guided Meditation to step into your power and change patterned thinking. (Challenged to sit down for meditation? This is a great way to start!)
– Intro to eliminating negative speak & replacing it with positive
alternatives.
– Leave with a personalized month’s plan for manifesting.
– Organic Snacks, Cacao and Vera Herbals Tea Blends will be offered.
