Lifeguard Certification

The lifeguard blended training course provides participants with all the skills necessary to become a certified lifeguard for American Red Cross facilities.
Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Dates: May 10, 11, 12
Times: 4-8pm Friday, 8am-5pm Saturday and Sunday
Cost: $150 (Reimbursement of $114 available for program participants who pass the course and are hired and work in good standing 120 hours during the 2019 summer season as lifeguards for the John M. Fleet Pool)
Location: John M. Fleet Pool and Carbondale Recreation and Community Center
