Kettlebell Power Clinic

Learn the basics of the Kettlebell Power Snatch and Power Clean with Audrey. Audrey is a ISSA, Crossfit, USAKL, and Sport Level 2 Kettlebell Certified Instructor. Classes are free with a valid Carbondale Recreation and Community Center membership or Day Pass. Class size is limited to 8 so register early.
