Family Block Party

“Spring Into Fun” at the 8th annual FAMILY BLOCK PARTY on Carbondale‛s FIRST FRIDAY, May 3rd from 4-8 PM on 4th Street Plaza. Enjoy KidZone activities and a bounce house courtesy of the Carbondale Recreation Department, Arts & Crafts by HANDMAKERY and the Carbondale Creative District. Live music and youth stage presented by the Andy Zanca Youth Empowerment Program and the 1st annual PRIDE PARADE down Main Street at 5:30 PM!

We’ll have amazing local eats featuring Slow Groovin’ BBQ and Elevated Elixirs as well as a CARE Beer & Spirit Garden featuring Marble Distilling Co. & Roaring Fork Beer Co. There will be a silent auction and a vast array of local organizations showcasing their summer events and programming – each will have a special interactive activity for the kiddos. Enjoy fun with Aspen Valley Land Trust, Carbondale & Rural Fire Protection District, Downriver Divas, EverGreen ZeroWaste, Kid Mountain at The Orchard, Rising Crane Training Center, Roaring Fork Conservancy, Roaring Fork Hounds Pony Club, Smiling Goat Ranch and Waste Management.

And, of course meet some of Colorado Animal Rescue’s sweetest adoptables!

Admission is FREE with a suggested donation at the door and cash bar/food will be available. There is something for everyone at THE FAMILY BLOCK PARTY during Carbondale’s FIRST FRIDAY – May 3rd! 100% of the proceeds benefit our local animal shelter, valley recreation and Carbondale youth organizations/programming.
