ASFB FOLKLÓRICO

Aspen Santa Fe Ballet’s (ASFB) Folklórico enriches the lives of children through free, after-school instruction in Mexican folkloric dance. The ensemble will present traditional dance with a cast of nearly 30 local students. They will be joined onstage by a live Mariachi band to create a unforgettable night that celebrates Latino culture.
ASFB founded Folklórico in 1998 with a goal of engaging the community with high quality arts outreach. Folklórico now directly impacts the lives of 350 students, grades K-12 in Basalt, Carbondale, Glenwood Springs, Rifle, and Santa Fe public schools.
